Due to continued business growth we are delighted to share an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in a key leadership position. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Estimator to support the continued growth of our business as we deliver prestigious, high-end electrical engineering projects across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and mainland Great Britain.

The Role
As our new Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of all estimating processes, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of competitive tenders. You will play a key role in securing future work, building strong industry relationships, and contributing to our reputation for excellence across the construction sector.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading the preparation and submission of detailed electrical tenders across all project locations.
Working closely with the Contracts, Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure successful handover from tender to delivery.
Maintaining up-to-date tender records and coordinating all aspects of the tender lifecycle.
Attending site visits and pre-tender meetings to fully understand project requirements.
Building strong client relationships and enhancing our profile in the industry.
Contributing to continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and identifying learning opportunities.
This role is based at our Head Office in Eglish, Co. Tyrone. Travel to project sites and client meetings across NI, ROI and GB will be required on occasion.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
Significant experience in an estimating role within the electrical engineering or wider construction industry.
Excellent planning, organisational and commercial skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse and price tenders accurately.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external clients.
